Visit-Montenegro.com: Antiques on Maritime Museum Square
Antique fair in Kotor: Traditional antique fair, organized by NGO “Antique” from Kotor and Nautical Museum of Montenegro, was held yesterday on the Maritime Museum Square in the Old Town.
Collectors from Montenegro, Serbia and Croatia exhibited arms collections, medals, silver and ethnic objects, as well as documents in written form, nautical instruments and glass objects.
The representative of the organizers, Dusan Stankovic, reminded that the fair was opened five years ago for the first time and that he is looking forward to good cooperation with national and international antiquarians.
“These kinds of events are always well-attended; they attract both national general public and foreign tourists. I believe that this will become the tradition in Montenegrin tourism & culture offer”-Stankovic said.
