Visit-Montenegro: Sveti Stefan starts work on 1 July

Restis group, which has taken over the project investment in the reconstruction of the town hotel Sveti Stefan, and building a new hotel Queen's Beach, the company retained Aman Resorts hotel as a future manager.

Amman is one of the biggest tourist brands in the world, which manages about two dozen hotel complex in the world. The company won the tender for the lease of Sveti Stefan, Queen's Beach and Milocer.

- In our plan, we expect the first guests 1st July. This does not mean that the entire hotel to be completed and potupno open until then, but by the end of July, all rooms will be furnished. In block 25 to resolve any questions about the church that was there found. When you are confident that everything is capable, 4 September we are planning a big opening. Then expect a lot of celebrities, famous people, to come and make what this jewel and deserves - said Stathis.
Stressing that they took the whole project, which besides St. Stephen's reconstruction includes building a new hotel Queen's Beach, Stathis said to be built a new hotel with 60 suites and 60 rooms.
- I do not plan to build any villa in Miločerskom park. There are villas that we will restore - said Stathis.
He stressed that the island of Sveti Stefan for him "is not only business but also much more than that."
- Are we promise that we will open it on time and all forces are trying to comply with all terms and other arrangements. It's not nice what is written about us so, and so that people are talking about because we really maksimalmno try to respect everyone, to respect Montenegro as a market and as a country. We have tried and which regards the island to respect all around the remains of the church. No matter what the contract we have exclusive rights to the island and we have determined how to do it, we make compromises with local people just for that reason to have a good relationship with them and help them to meet - said Stathis .

According to him, the fact that no one can deny that "what happened in the last nine months on the island has not happened in the last three years."

- I wonder that should happen, and that the opening of the island this summer, is happening only because we all work together and so it should. It's not just our goal and benefit of the island opened as soon as possible. It is simply in the interest of the whole country. We have had many difficulties, especially due to weather disasters this winter. Šinavatra already invested in some real estate in Montenegro

Stathis has confirmed that former Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Šinavatra the past few days with his family in their guest villa Milocer. As we found out, Šinavatra early yesterday left the mansion.
- Šinavatra was our guest and hope you will come again. He is very happy to be in Montenegro as a very loving this country and this is the first time that he came with his three children. Feels nice to be here and given that we are friends, of course I will come again. Mr. Šinavatra is our very good friend for years. It is a great privilege and pleasure to be friends with such a person as Šinavatra. He reached it to be one of the few politicians who scored it to be loved by many Thais. Asked whether Šinavatra intends to invest in the reconstruction of St. Stephen, having in mind the photos taken the other day from the island published on the site of the former Thai Prime Minister, Stathis said that there are plans for its investments in Montenegro, and has already invested in some real estate , not specifying which.

- We already have partners in the Manchester City club in England. We were partners in other countries and we hope to be partners with him in some projects in Montenegro. He, if it were offered to invest in this project (Sveti Stefan) with Restis group, we'd worked with him. We are already partners in some projects for real estate in Montenegro - said Stathis.

Interested in Hawaii, but still no agreement

Asked to respond to you Restis group intends to Šinavatrom and Stanko Subotic Cane to invest in the island Sveti Nikola, Stathis said that there was no such agreement, but the popular Hawaii very interesting project

- First, we are more than interested to invest in any interesting projects in Montenegro, including in the island of Sveti Nikola. But so far there were no negotiations or agreements. Stathis also addressed the speculation that they intended to buy Villa Montenegro Stanko Subotic property in Sveti Stefan.
