Sheik wants Velika plaza - Ulcinj, Montenegro

Podgorica – Member of the Royal family of Abu Dhabi in charge of the investments and the chief of the Counsel for national security sheik Haza bin Zajed al Nahijan during the first day of his visit to Montenegro has announced great investments, and he particularly has shown interest for Velika plaza near Ulcinj – found out “Vijesti”.
Velika plaza (Big Beach) which is about 13 km long, and which has the surface of about 1.950 ha is ideal for construction of hotel – tourist contents. The state has the intention to give Velika plaza for lease or to enter the project of joint investment with the private investor, and the announcement of the tender is expected to happen very soon.
Sheik Haza is the guest of the president of Atlas group Dusko Knezevic, and yesterday in villa “Gorica” in Podgorica he met with Prime Minister Zeljko Sturanovic and minister of tourism Predrag Nenezic.
Sheik is staying in Montenegro under the great measures of protection of police control and security. He informed his hosts that he wishes no announcements for media nor the photographing because of which it is no wonder that Government ha snot given any announcement about the meeting with Sturanovic and Nenezic.
Sheik’s visit to Montenegro is a return visit, because recently president of DPS, together with Knezevic stayed in Abu Dhabi where they have presented possibilities for investments in Montenegro. Sheik during his visit will meet also Djukanovic.
“Vijesti” found out that the guest from Abu Dhabi from Friday when he came to Montenegro has visited many sites – from the coast over Skadar Lake up to the mountains.
Sheik Haza visited also the military hospital complex in Meljine which, should the negotiations with Government be successful, should be bought the Atlas group.
- Opened for all suggestions, he came to see Montenegro, and to get a personal impression about the country, people, and state’s determination for development and openness for investments. He is introduces with many projects, especially in tourism, and he was very interested. He is thrilled with natural beauties of Montenegro – said the collocutors of “VijestI” who met the member of the Royal family of Abu Dhabi.
They confirmed that sheik Haza has announced great investments in Montenegro, and he announced them “in immeasurable amounts if it is necessary”.
Abu Dhabi is one of the seven Emirates, which all together make United Arab Emirates. In Abu Dhabi the ruling family is the family Al Nahijan that among other things owns Golf bank whose president is sheik Haza. Managers of Golf Bank recently have also visited Montenegro.

IN MELJINE THEY ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO NEW OWNERS
Herceg Novi – Sheik Haza bin Zajed together with the president of the board of directors of “Cromwell hospital” hospital in London Dr. Abdul Rahman al Muhasli and the hfriector of Kuwait “Royal Hyatt hospital” Hand Padet has visited day before yesterday military hospital complex in Meljine with the team of Atlas group in which was the director of Invest bank Dragoljub Jankovic.
Sheik Haza bin Zajed, a member of the Royal family, which owns hospitals in London and Kuwait, is the Arabian co-investor of Atlas group and Dusko Knezevic in the future Mediterranean health and tourist center in Meljine.
In the center of military hospital institutions of Meljine, Sheik came by helicopter with which he landed in Kumbor.
In Meljine after the financial expert if Atlas group and Arabian partners who were in military hospital institution two days ago with the Arabians, came also a team of doctors who have visited the center. According to the claims from the military hospital, where the employees are “looking forward to be taken over by the new owners”, Sheik Haza bin Zajed is thrilled with the surrounding of the hospital and very pleased with what he has seen. He stayed in the Center of Military hospital institutions for hour and a half visiting the entire complex. Consortium of Atlas group is officially first on the tender for the purchase of CMHI where hospital Sveti Nikola from Kraljevo also took part in, referring to expert guarantees of “Cromwell hospital”, hospital from Monaco and Arabian investors.
In the offer which is 25, 1 million of euros of cash worth and 119, 4 millions of euros of investments they are announcing the construction of modern diagnostic center, cardio – surgery, orthopedic ward, plastic surgery, ward of X- ray therapy, as well as the renewal and additional construction of the center for rehab.
The first thing that Atlas group will do in Mejine with the Arabian partners, as “Vijesti” found out, will be the termination of the surgery block, which is 4, 5 millions of euros worth. At the same time at the entrance in the hospital circle they will make a modern diagnostic center. In the renewal of the bureau for rehab they will invest 8 millions of euros, and they have announced the purchase of two new hyperbaric chambers with 14 seats per each in the value of 1, 5 millions of euros for the institute of Maritime medicine.
New owners with whom the Government these days will start to negotiate about the conclusion of the sales contract will tear down most likely a part of the old buildings in the circle of CMHI in order to build new ones. Villa Lovcenka will be renewed and it should represent the center of the tourist part of the complex. As “Vijesti” found out the owner of Atlas group Dusko Knezevic is announcing a fat contract with the health funds, in order for the civil insurants from the territory of Herceg Novi and military insurants in Meljine to continue their health treatments.
