National Park Biogradska gora – is a pearl of European natural heritage. Today almost the only European rainforest, which surround the fantastic Beiogradkso Lake, is located at just a few kilometers away from Kolasin. For a long time under the protection of rulers of these areas, for the National Park Biogradska gora people say that not a single tree has been cut in it. Today, this natural reservation preserves dozens of plant and hundreds of animal species, which can only be found in this place in entire Europe. Don’t miss a chance to visit in a one-day tour only the most significant and most beautiful corners of the park, to take a ride with a boat on the lake or to meet some of the numerous cultural – historical monuments in its area. Central moment of the entire park by all means is Biogradsko lake which on the surface of entire 230.000 m2 is located at 1094 meters of height above the sea level, together with Jezerstica, the outpour tributary, making a water comples of exquisite beauty. Above the lake, which stretches on 54000 ha, raise huge mountain wreaths, which for millenniums have been reflecting in its calm water surface.
Monastery Moraca – is one of the most significant monuments of Montenegrin culture in general. Monastery Moraca, is one of those cultural monuments which in one place served as sources of culture, sources of folk liberation fight and sources of art in general. Of exquisite architectonic beauty, with the most beautiful and unique frescoes and icons made 7 centuries ago, this sacral object is telling a story to each visitor without a necessity for a guide,
Legend says that the stone was given from hand to hand for kilometers in order for this monastery to be made in the glory of the Virgin. During its long history scrivener activity was done in the monastery, which in the Middle century was a synonym for cultural existence. Also, important decisions related to the history of Montenegrin people were made in the monastery, and the spirit of Orthodox religion was spread from here.

The canyon of its tributary, Mrtvica, is like a journey on some other planet. A place which has been visited by a very few people, selfishly preserves the most beautiful and intact nature which no other destination in the world can offer you.
Botanic garden of Danijel Vincek – what a hard working enthusiast for almost 30 years has been creating, today is a certain natural museum in the open. In Kolasin lodgment Dulovine, on about 10 acres, there are hundreds of kinds of plants characteristic for the area of Bjelasica, Prokletije, Komovi, and Durmitor. In this way you have an opportunity to meet in one place flora of the north of Montenegro, for which it cannot be said that it is poor.
