The citizens of Tunisia are required to obtain a visa to enter Montenegro.
Foreign citizens may apply for a Montenegrin visa at the competent diplomatic or consular post of Montenegro in a foreign country.
In countries where Montenegro has no diplomatic or consular post, Montenegrin visa applications may be submitted to the Serbian diplomatic post in Tunis.
