Podgorica – Attractive land of surface of 1.708 square meters, not far from the building of TV of Montenegro for just 691,7 euros was bought by the enterprise “Akcija” whose formal founder, according to the data from the register of Business court, is Slovenian Peter Drasler.
The sources of “Vijesti” present at the auction which was organized by the local administration of Podgorica in Wednesday night confirmed that “Akcija” has paid one square meter of land at a very favorable price of 405 euros thanks to Drasler’s friend and business partner Veselin Barovic, who gave a bid for this land.
For the auction there were 8 other potential buyers, among whom there were some very famous Podgorica constructors and businessman. Interesting to say is that only two of them gave bids at slightly bigger prices than the initial one of 400 euros )401 and 403 euros) Barovic scored for two euros more, offering 405 euros.
No one of those who were present yesterday did not wish to speak publicly for “Vijesti” about the auction. “Vijesti” haven’t managed to get a comment, judging by everything, from the master of the auction, Barovic, because he didn’t answer the phone yesterday afternoon.
The president of the municipality Comission for sales of the city – construction land Dragan Krusic said for “Vijesti” that the auction was attended by the owners or authorized representatives of all subjects who applied on the auction, but in a written response to the questions he did not list their names.
Municipality Podgorica in this auction did a lot worse that in all other which were organized for less attractive locations.
For the municipality a much better price was given on the same day for two parcels along the railroad on Stari aerodrom. Company “Carine” gave 13, 46 millions of euros which for “Vijesti” yesterday was confirmed by the owner of “Carine” Cedo Popovic.

CARINE GAVE A LOT FOR TWO PARCELS
Krusic said that two parcels, a part of the DUP “Service storage zone along the railroad” were sold for 970, that is, 810 euros per square meter.
– For urban parcels two and three, a part of DUP “Service storage zone along the railroad” there were ten bidders. In both cases the buyer was the company “Carine” which pad the urban parcel two – 970 euros per square meter, and for the urban parcel three they gave 810 euros per square meter – said Krusic not mentioning the names of other participants of this auction.
Total surface of two parcels which are now the ownership of the firm “Carine” is 15.205 square meters, and the starting price at the auction was 107 euros, far more less that the final price.
