Podgorica – even though the experts for real estates recently more and more often recommend to foreigners to buy them in Montenegro there are also the ones who think that that is not a wise decision when we are talking about Montenegrin coast.
English portal named This is Money has published this week a response of the expert for real estate Ross Clark to an interested visitor who wanted to know something about the properties in Montenegro, but who is afraid of the news that, as he said, one of the best beaches, Velika plaza in Ulcinj, will be sold to constructors.
He was interested in whether in that case “mortals like he himself” will still be able to use the beach or it will be reserved just for the rich people.
Clark noted in his response that the sale of public beaches for private rest homes is a “sad practice” because of which the state will regret later because it prevents its citizens and tourists who do not reserve their accommodation in those facilities to enjoy in the day in the sun.
– If the state of Montenegro is ready to do so with one of its beaches, than that could happen with any other beach, disrupting your interest of enjoying in rest on that place, and possibly harming the value of your investment – considers Clark.
Because of that he, as he said, would not recommend the purchase of real estates anywhere on Montenegrin coast. On the portal This is Money companies AND /Associated Northcliffe Digital/ says that it is the leading financial website in common language.
