Podgorica – Company Beppler and Jacobson has asked for the postponing of the signing of the contract about the purchase of Ski center “Bjelasica” which was appointed for today.
The lawyer of Beppler, Branko Colovic said that they have asked the postponing because the Business court has still not answered on their request to change a part of draft of the contract.
The bankruptcy director of Ski center Srecko Medenica has submitted to Beppler a draft of the contract with the term of signing until the 16th of March, but the investor has refused that because they are not accepting the preamble according to which they are obliged to “conclude a contract of work with 26 employees”.
Beppler then demanded from the Business court to instruct Medenica to change the arguable preamble because according to their estimation it is illegal.
– The demand of the bankruptcy director is illegal, because it is not based on the renewed add for the sale of the property of Ski center “Bjelasica” in which there were no demands for keeping of the employees, nor was it based on the offer of Beppler which the bankruptcy director has officially accepted. Beppler has offered to employ 30 workers with a possibility to hire season workers. Those people will be employed based on the concurs on which the current workers can apply too who were formally left without a job after the implementation of the bankruptcy in the Ski center – said the lawyer Colovic.
He said that he is expecting that the Business court will reply on their demand latest until Monday and that they will instruct the bankruptcy director to sign a contract which is in accordance with the offer which he himself has accepted.
