Kolasin – The mayor of Kolasin Mileta Bulatovic said that he doesn’t believe that the company Beppler and Jacobson, which from the Ski center “Bjelasice” bought the ski path “Jezerine” will parcel it and sell the land.
– I don’t think that people who bought Ski center have the intention to parcel that, they are a serious firm… so for sure they will not make a mistake with the Ski center. I am glad that it was sold, the capacities on Bjelasica will at last be privatized and they will get an owner who will prepare the season in a much better way – said Bulatovic.
Beppler is the owner of the hotels “Bianca” in Kolasin, and “Avala” in Budva and they were the only ones who wanted to by the ski center “Jezerine” for 550.000 euros. If the contract is signed, Beppler among other things will get the funicular railway, three ski lifts, two restaurants, two snow stamps and the land of 147, 65 square meters.
Commenting the growth of interest and the price of the land, Bulatovic said that they will “”sell it to anyone who wants to build in Kolasin”.
– People are buying huge complexes whose purpose is unknown to us. If that is construction – great, and if it is the turnover – that is legal too, but if they pay the taxes – said Bulatovic.
Tourist employees have said that Bjelasica should stay wild, and that the hotels should be built only in town.
