Podgorica – Podgorica company Vektra, owned by Dragan Brkovic bought tender documentation for hotel – tourist company Boka – finds “Vijesti”.
Tender for sale of Boka will close in two weeks time and beside Vektra there are also Hungarian Hunguest hotels that already owns around 30% shares, Meat investment from Amsterdam and Summit from Monaco.
Hunguest hotels is famous in tourism to which turn also Vektra.
Brkovic’s company is for time being bought at coast building of former Yugoslav river ships in the center of Budva for around 3.3 million EUR as well as hotel complex Alet former known as MOC for 4.8 million.
Hunguest hotels will surely submit offer for Boka in Montenegro bought hotels Topla and Centar that are unified in complex Sun resort where is up to now invested over six million EUR. Hungarians bought also around 35% of shares of HTP Boka that made them two representatives in the Board of directors. Hunguest hotels publicly mostly expressed interest for purchase of Boka and participated in last tender which was annulled.
HTP Boka has three hotels – Igalo, Plaza, Tamaris as well as more restaurants, cafes and business property. The state sells 59% shares and the offers can be submitted till June 30.
