Podgorica – Independent experts for real estates have counted in Montenegro among the 25 most interesting growing or already developed national markets in this area in world.
In December, in their on – line publication of expert reports, researches, advises and information about the investments in Montenegro, under the name of Amberlamb, they will publish the investment prognosis for the investment in the market of real estates which are related to the following year. The list of that publication, whose authors have nothing to do with those who develop, mediate or participate in the purchase of real estates will include Australia, Bahrain, Belize, Bulgaria, Canada, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Estonia, Ghana, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, New Zeland, North Cypress, Poland, Romania, Thailand, Turkey and Ukraine. Those are the countries in which buyers are already interested in or which Amberland thinks that they should be interested in.
On one of the links of Amberland’s site, Montenegrin bay Boka Kotorska is considered to be on of the world “very hot” locations for the following year, after Peter Mank, the billionaire arranged the purchase of the land in Tivat for the construction of a marina and accompanying facilities.
The real estates in Montenegro, as it is stated on the site, are largely pursued, especially among the Russian, Brits, and Irishman after Montenegro got its independence in the middle of this year and now is one of the most exciting growing markets, and Tivat is becoming more and more popular.
