Bar – Bar “Marina” will not be for sale, but instead it will be given for in a long term concession, which have roved to be the most secure solution, economically most payable, and in legal form most concrete – said yesterday on a press conference executive director Vladimir Marvucic. Defining of the property – legal status, he added, represents a condition of issuing of concessions in “Marina”.
– That is very certain along the already existing process of termination and closing up of all court lawsuits which on the contrary to some announced information do not ballast the operating of the society – pointed out Marvucic.
“Marina” employs 20 workers whose average salary is 323 euros. Major owner is the state with 51%,, while the rest is in hands of smaller stockholders.
Commercial – technical director of the enterprise Tomislav Markolovic mentioned that there is the interest of investors for investing of a sum of up to 100 millions of euros, for which a pre-condition, among other things is the bringing of changes and amendments of DUP for that part of Topolica.
Marvucic added that there were some talks with several interested parties from the countries of the region, from the countries of EU and of oversea countries.
When asked by “Vijesti” when could the concessions be expected the president of the Board of directors of “Marina” Radovan Orlandic said that that is “jurisdiction of the Counsel for privatization”.
