Vienna – Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska will take over 30% of the shares in the Austrian construction company Starbag, which since the beginning of the year is the owner of Crnagoraput.
As it was said from the Starbag Deripaska will be a strategic, and not the financial partner of the Austrian company, 6th biggest construction enterprise in the world. Deripaska with the taking over of 30% of the shares will increase the capital of Starbag for 1,05 billions of euros. Investment of Deripaska in Starbag has taken by surprise the majority of analytics, as well as the banks engaged in the initial offer of the shares of that company on the stock market, said the Croatian media.
That, as they noted, most likely in the last moment will postpone for the fall the initial offer of Starbag’s shares on the stock market, which was planned for the first half of May.
The mayor package of the stocks of 50% plus one at the moment is in the ownership of Peter Hazelstajner, and the rest belongs to the Raifeissen group. Deripaska is the owner of N plus group which runs the Industry of aluminum Podgorica and Mines of bauxite Niksic, and it is the first ranked bidder in the open competition for the sale of Thermal electrical power station and the Mine of coal Pljevlja.
