This yacht was bought by the owner of Rusal and Podgorica Industry of Aluminum Oleg Deripaska and has changed its name. he refreshed its look by replacing the classic white color of the shank of Queen K with very attractive shade of gray color.
This big ship for indulgence was made of steel and aluminum. Lurschen constructed it, and famous Donald Starkey made interior design, this yacht is moved by two diesel engines MTU of total 6.300 kW and it has maximal speed of 18 knots. The ship can take 250 tones of oil which is enough for it to sail over 5.000 miles without a refill. In its super luxurious interiority, which looks like a smaller royal castle, 16 passengers can enjoy who are taken care by 21 members of the crew. Yacht has totally 6 decks of which the one on the top is entirely reserved for the owner of the ship, and you can see on tha yacht a pool, a jakuzzi, sauna, gym, 5 smaller vessels and motor boats for recreation of guests, two water scooters, diving and gear for sports on water.
After the exit from the shipbuilding yard in Germany where it was repaired Queen K in the past two months stayed in Plymouth Harbor in Great Britain, in Antibes in France, and then it cruised over jet set destinations in Italy from where it came to Montenegro. Just from the beginning of July Boka Kotorska was visited by dozens of luxurious mega yachts among which Queen K and 73 meters long Ilona are the biggest ones.
