Bijelo Polje – In place Lozna Luka on the river of Bistrica near stone bridge dating from Turkish period started building of eco tourist center.
According to words of owner of project house “Arhing” Rifad Alihodzic, renovation and building of existing water mill old almost one century is assume.
-Building will have restaurant with ground floor and first floor and will be kept two water mills and there visitors will be able to buy flour and take it as a souvenir. Only ecological food and home specialties will be prepared. Owner Esko Mahmutovic, who lives and works in Switzerland plans to build complex of small houses or tourist bungalow according the ambient of existing building as well as pools, fisheries, sports facilities and other contents – said Alihodzic.
He added that project documentation is finished.
The first phase that already began should be over in a year. Value of works at central building of 250 m2 will be around 250000 EUR, while total investment of complex of 1000 m2 will cost around million EUR – stated Alihodzic adding that future eco – center will make important contribution to tourist affirmation of Bistrica region and Dalovica caves.
