Slovenska plaza has about 2.500 beds, and after their renouncing in the joined firm with the Austrians, Budva Riviera, will be left with 1.000 beds in hotels Aleksandar, Palas, and Kastel Lastva.
The biggest Budva company is the owner of Sveti Stefan and Milocer (together they have 22 beds), but from January they will be rented to Aman resorts for 30 years. Budva is guaranteed to have a yearly lease of 2 millions of euros. Singapore people will be obliged to invest more than 30 millions of euros and take over the 186 workers.
The estimations are that from the lease Budva Riviera will have enough for the payment of 6 to 7 gross salaries for the employees who will remain in the company. In that number enter also the workers of Slovenska plaza, who from the next year, will be paid by the Austrians. That means that when the contract with Aman and Soravia are put into effect, Budva Riviera will have about 150 employees in Hotels Aleksandar, Palas, and Kastel Lastva, and guaranteed 2,7 millions of euros of gain from the facilities which it will not run 2 millions of the lease for Sveti Stefan and Milocer and 700.000 euros from Slovenska plaza. The contracts foresee a regular checking of the conditions in those hotels, which guarantees that they have to be in full function when they are returned under the management of Budva Riviera. It is expected that Hotel Mogren after the court discussions will be returned under the patronage of the biggest Budva Company.
