Podgorica – Company Maresko from Budva has bought hotels Savnik and Boan as well as the café Mljeticak for about 850.000 euros, which until yesterday were owned by Niksic hotel tourist enterprise Ongost – found out Vijesti.
The facilities after four unsuccessful public tenders were sold with immediate deal. Maresko Company deals in the sector of telecommunications and is in the business of sale of computer equipment. Family Radonjic owns company.
– Considering the fact that hotels and the café were debit with trust of the Government the money will be used for compensation of obligations towards the Ministry of finances and Tax administration – it was said from the company but the price at which the facilities have been sold were not publicly stated.
In HTE Onogost, which still has hotels Onogost in Niskic and Niksic in Sutomore and Teua in Risan, they are satisfied with the sale.
Namely, the buyer has obliged itself to take over 10 employees in those hotel facilities under the same conditions under which they are currently working.
