Podgorica – Foreigners in the first two months of this year according to the newest records of Central bank have directly invested in Montenegro 105, 5 millions of euros, 2,2 times more than in the same time last year. The gross income of direct investments in January and February was 67,3 millions of euros.
More than a half of totally attracted investment or 54,3 millions of euros were related to the purchase of real estates.
48,3 millions of euros of foreign funds entered in Montenegrin enterprises and banks.
Majority of outpour based on the direct foreign investments in the observed period was marked because of the real estates, on which went 24, 7 millions of euros, while the withdrawal of the share of someone else’s funds in domestic banks and enterprises tok away 10, 4 millions of euros.
For the first two months of this year in abroad 3,1 millions of euros of domestic funds have been invested, of which through the purchase of real estate 2, 9 millions.
