Herceg Novi – The enterprise KMG Corp which was registered in the end of October last year as an association for circulation of real estates, construction and services has become the owner of several land complexes in the hinterland of Herceg Novi and Kotor.
The company KMG Corp, whose founders are Milos Drizic and Goorgen Abrami from Sweden, is a part of the Wild Beauty development company which has the business experience in investment in tourism all over the world. One of the partners is also the famous auction house Sotby.
On a yesterdays press conference Abrami said that golf is one of the key segments in development of Montenegro as a destination of high class tourism.
– The researches show that the tourists in world make the decision about where they are going to spend their holiday based on the offer of the recreational contents, among others the availability of the golf course – said Abrami.
He added that Montenegro with its lively areas can become one of the leading destinations when we are talking about the availability of golf course.
– The construction of the golf course in a world level will ensure the arrival of the rich clientele from the world into Montenegro, which in that way will become the destination of top notch tourism – Abrami is convinced.
At the beginning of February the company has bought for 2, 35 millions of euros about 107,9 thousands of square meters of land and an old Austrian fortress on the hill Vrmac which belonged to the Kotor shipping company “Jugooceanija”. KGM, among other things, owns about 80.000 square meters of land in Herceg Novi’s village Trebesin, and 30.000 square meters of land on the peninsula Lustica, in the hinterland of the beach Dobrec. KGM is planning the construction of a tourist complex and a golf course on Lustica and plans to invest about 100.000 millions of euros and to employ between 70 and 120 employees.
