Ulcinj – Budva company “Capital estate”, whose founder is Russian Andrej Dobrov, on the last day of the last year has taken over the management of hotel complex “Grand Lido” on Velika plaza (BIG BEACH), in Ulcinj.
“Capital estate” has bought one of the most beautiful Ulcinj hotels last year from Ulcinj Riviera for 10, 8 millions of euros in cash, which is a record price for a sold hotel in Montenegro.
Beside that, Russians have made an obligation that in the next three years they will invest in hotel 37 millions of euros.
– We are talking about a serious partner, who in time has fulfilled its obligations and I don’t have a doubt that Velika plaza and Ulcinj will soon get a hotel complex of extra category – said yesterday for “Vijesti” the bankruptcy director of Ulcinj Riviera, Miomir Jaksic.
He emphasized that “Capital estate” on the 25th of December, as it was predicted by the contract, paid in the last rate of 4 millions of euros with which the conditions were made for the overtaking of hotel. According to his words, the Russians have taken over 64 employees, who can not be fired in the next five years.
Hotel complex “Grand Lido” spreads over 96.000 m2. Hotel “Lido” has 52 rooms and four suites with totally 112 beds. Bungalows Lido has 228 rooms, and also 4 suites with totally 550 beds.
Housing surface of the hotel complex is around 12.000 m2.
