Podgorica – Strategy of development of human resources in Montenegrin tourism, which was presented yesterday, should provide the qualified and competent working force with the development of specific services and institutions for qualification, as well as with adjustment of the reform of the system of education to the needs of the tourist sector.
– Strategy of the development of the human resources in tourism should respond to the very important demands such as increase of rate of employment and life standard of the citizens, as well as rising of the degree of quality of tourist product on the highest level – said on the presentation minister of tourism and protection of environment Predrag Nenezic.
Strategy should provide the support to the institutions for education and gaining qualifications in tourism, as well as the enhancement of the capacities of education and harmonization with the international standards.
Nenezic reminded that the stuff policy in the sector of tourism in the previous period resulted with numerous negative traits in the sphere o qualification structure, improvement of stuff, establishing of necessary profits and motivation for work.
Montenegrin Government, in the goal of overcoming of those problems, has given in charge the ministry of tourism, education, work, and health that in cooperation with the German association for technical cooperation (GTZ) they should make s Strategy of development of human resources in the area of tourism.
Director of the project office of GTZ Thomas Waldorf said that the Strategy is suggesting in a concrete way education of working force, for which in tourism there are needs, which on the year level are around 1000 workers.
According to the words of the technical consultant of GTZ, Claus Diter Pshiklenk, the Strategy enables Montenegrin Government to direct subventions and modest resources of the country in the direction of most important priorities.
