Budva – former Russian Prime Minister and one of the most influential people in Russia state security Evgeni Primakov came yesterday morning to Budva where for the next seven days he will be the guest of vice president of DPS Svetozar Marovic. Primakov same to Montenegro with his wife as he himself has said to have rest in this beautiful coast.

Evgeni Maksimovic Primakov was born on Octobre 29th 1929 in Kiev, and grew up in Tbilsi in Georgia. After terminating the faculty for Eastern countries since 1956 for 15 whole years he worked as correspondent of the paper Justice in Arabian countries. In 1962 he became higher associate of the famous Institute for international economy and international relations, during the 1970’s Primakov was one of he most important advisors of the Politic bureau in the Middle East. Since 1977 until the beginning of Perestrojka in 1985 he was the director of the Institute for Asia, Far and Middle East of the Soviet Academy of Science. He entered politics in 1989 when he became the president of the Counsel of the High Soviet SSSR and in 1991 he became the first deputy of the head of the Soviet intelligence service KGB. From 1991until 1996 he was the first director of the heir of KGB, Central Intelligence service, as well as the director of Intelligence service of Russia. From 1996 to 1998 he was Minister of foreign affairs, and then the Prime Minister of Russia, when he was replaced because arguing the politics of the former president Boris Jelcin. Now he is the president of the Economy Chamber of Russia.
