Podgorica – Montenegrin coast is one of the strongest world markets for investment in real estates, and its prices in some parts of the coast have increased for 50 % for a year – those were the results of a new research of the firm Colliers International Serbia.
The biggest world agency for real estates, which operates in 51 state, says that the price of a square meter in new modern buildings in popular towns such as Herceg Novi, Ulcinj, Bar, and Tivat is now 2, 500 to 5.000 euros.
– In Budva, Sveti Stefan, and Petrovac the prices are even bigger – the research has shown. “The growth of demand, and the price do not indicate the signs of slowing down”.
The price of land is constantly rising, which is now from 200 to 450 euros per square meter depending on the area, and the most expensive are Sveti Stefan, Budva, and Lucice in Petrovac.
According to official records the income from the sale of real estates in Montenegro has been increased for 400% for just two years.
