Budva – With bringing of the study about the location, local administration in Budva will prevent the “constructing expansion” to include the village area, especially the hinterland of Sveti Stefan, Milocer and Petrovac, which at the moment represents the most attractive construction zone.
The majority of foreign investors, among whom most numerous are Russians, in the past year have bought big parcels in Pastrovici area, from Milocer to Petrovac.
In order for the “urbanite rampage” not to happen with the studies about location they will precise what kind of houses can be built in the village area.
Director of the Agency for planning, Aleksandar Ticic said that with those documents they haven’t predicted the construction of housing buildings, but only villas and houses with pools, with maximum one floor. That is, says Ticic, the first time that some local administration is taking care about the urbanization of the village.
Pointing out that the goal of the city authorities is to keep in villages the recognizable architectonic ambience, which recognizes for, Budva Riviera the Mayor Rajko Kuljaca said that they are making 22 studies about locations.
The teams which are making the plan documentation, stated Ticic, are made of famous exerts in that area of architecture and planning.
– The plans will be given to the commission for censorship, which is made of best experts in Montenegro – said Ticic. The municipality will, he added, provide the infrastructure for the development of that area.
– The study about the location first has to be included in the spacious plan or in GUP. If they are not made, we will wait – concluded Ticic.
