Kascelan is expecting a positive result of those disputes, which are led in Primary courts in Kotor, and in Bar, and the court in Bijelo Polje has made a first degree decision in benefit of Montenegrobonus.
– When the state property is defines the conditions will be made for the start o privatization – announced Kascelan.
Inn that way, as he noted Montenegro will better valorize its property in that company.
– The expected joined enterprise will enter in the work of research of oil and gas in Montenegro for which an international open competition will be announced. The state is in the phase of adoption of the law on oil and gas, with which the issue of further research of energetic will be regulated – said Kascelan.
He predicts that that will be finished in next five or six months after which we should expect the announcement of the international open competition for giving concessions for research of oil and gas.
