Budva – New propaganda video about Montenegro, which will follow the advertising campaign for the up coming summer season on the leading world TV station CNN is being shot these days along the entire Montenegrin coast, and on certain locations in the middle and north part of the republic.
Beside the unusual beauties of Durmitor, Skadar Lake, Ada Bojana, Budva and Kotor Old town, Herceg Novi and Valdanos, the video follows a small drama talk, which is a new segment in the tourist propaganda of Montenegro.
The video that for the needs of Ministry of tourism and National Tourist organization is produced by Budva agency AMC communication already in the beginning of May should be emitted on CNN, with which a successful two-year campaign of Montenegrin tourist product on this global network will be continued.
The campaign “Experience wild beauty” has began on CNN on the 8th of July 2005 and in continuity will be emitted until the end of 2007. Otherwise CNN covers 95 countries of Europe, Africa, and Asia, and its program is being watched by 102 millions of spectators.
Until now Budva agency has produced 4 videos, which were emitted in American and other TV stations with which the Ministry of tourism has made contracts.
Advertising videos about Montenegro just in the first nine months of last year were emitted totally 760 times on CNN, and the video was seen 3,5 millions of times.
According to the words of the executive director and the owner of AMC communication Velibor Zolak, they have been working on the video for three months.
– In the choice of scenario we have done the so-called “pitch project”, that is, we invited four or five screenplay writers and each of them had to suggest their vision of the story. Namely, no matter which scenario you choose you are obliged to pay all others who participated in the project. We have chosen the scenario of Stevan Koprivica, and there were screenplay writers from Zagreb, Belgrade, and Podgorica. The director of the video is a man from Zgareb Andrej Korovljev. Tourist videos mean a change of a large number of locations – stressed Zolak.
He said that the video is being shot from Zabljak to Herceg Novi and that the final version will last 45 seconds.
– The shooting will be finished at the beginning of this week, and the making of computer part of the video in 3d technology is in progress. Previous videos were more documentary ones, the so-called “landscape”. They displayed the most beautiful landscapes of Montenegro. Now, so to say, we went for a dramatization, a small drama action. Even though formally it is in the secondary projection, the nature of Montenegro still has the leading part. AMC communications at the moment is engaged also in the production of the Russuian movie “Babuska Ada” whose shots last weekend were filmed in Kotor’s Old town, and the shooting was also done in the autochthonous Crmnica village Godine on the shore of Skadar Lake.
