A part of the money from the sale of the real estates in Montenegro, now, beside the problems in transfer, is going in Serbian market.
The demand for good and quality apartments is growing, first of all in Belgrade.
Most demanded are the finished apartments in newly built buildings, and completely renewed old apartments, and then premises or business offices, which is ideal for renting.
– Montenegrin citizens in Serbia can buy real estate under the same conditions as domestic citizens – says the co-owner of the agency Alka Kaca Lazarevic. “They have the same obligations and in the same amounts when we are talking about the taxes on transfer of the absolute rights and on the property.”
Still, as she added, the buyers are finding the way by themselves how to transfer that amount of money in Serbia.
It is a shame that none of our banks reacted in the right way – considers Lazarevic.
She is expecting that on Serbian market rich Montenegrin investors will appear who will build luxurious buildings. At the moment real estates, depending on the location in Belgrade cost from 800 to 3.000 euros per square meter.
