Tivat – Hotel tourist enterprise “Primorje” from Tivat will continue to buy the land in the immediate surrounding of its hotel facilities – it was said from that company.
The main reason for that move is the intention of “Primorje” to modernize and additionally build its facilities very soon, but also to enter in some more ambitious projects of construction of entirely new capacities of high category. The executive director Predrag Jelusic said that in the past month “ already a great and very attractive complex of the hotel “Plavi horizonti” in the cape of Przno, was widened with the purchase of another 17.000 square meters of land”.
The land in the surrounding of its complex, “Primorje” has been buying from local people at average price of about 150 euros per square meter.
– The purchase of the land in that location is continued in order to provide the space for the new hotel, which will replace the existing facility of “Plavi horizonti” – said Jelusic.
With the payment of the last third rate for the previous obligations towards the Ministry of finances, “Primorje” will gain back formally in its property hotel “Tivat” on Seljanovo.
After that, the purchase of the surrounding land on that location too will be continued. It is planned that from private owners as well as from the Military of Montenegro they will buy between 18 and 20.000 square meters of land in the surrounding of the hotel “Tivat”, because “Primorje” in that area too has ambitious developmental plans.
– As for the hotel “Palma”, in the spacious sense it is the most endangered one, because there is no free land surrounding it on which it could be widened. That is why we are forced to buy already built housing facilities which are located immediately next to the hotel, and with several owners we have already made a deal – said Jelusic. With that he added, the space will be provided for the contents which at the moment lack in “Palma” such as a small pool, and a wellness center, and which hotel of that range has to have.
HTE “Primorje” whose major owners are owners of HLT Fund and “Eurocem” recently bought also hotel “Planinka” on Zabljak.
