-We still do not wish to state our opinions, because the negotiations are still in process. Our plans are to make a hotel next to the city pool, close to the tourist lodgment. We are still thinking how the hotel should look and what kind of offer it would have, but surely it won’t be a hotel under 4 stars. Our ambitions are to renew “Slovenska plaza”, we should see in what shape it is found, considering the fact that the lodgment is 22 years old – aid Soravija after a conversation with the Mayor Rajko Kuljaca.

The work on the urban plans is in progress and it is the right time for us to adjust to some demands of the future investors. The location for which they are interested is indeed intended for the construction of the hotel – stated Kuljaca.
He added that with the new plans, inn the area of the municipality, more and more tourist facilities of high category, and less and less housing buildings are being predicted.
