Podgorica – In Wednesday on Montenegrin coast the first group of bout 1.750 pensioners form Austria will come on a seven day rest, as a part of the “Spring gatherings” which Austrian association of the oldest citizens organizes for more than four decades.
Until the 9th of May Montenegro will receive totally 8.500 Austrian pensioners who will be accommodated in Budva hotels “Iberostar Bellevue”, “Mediteran”, “Montenegro”, “The Queen of Montenegro”, “Splendid”, and “Tara” where they will have totally 60.000 of overnight stays. The turnover as it was predicted will surpass the amount of four millions of euros.
After they land on Tivat airport in Wednesday the guests will be taken over by 35 buses of “Blue line” which are in charge for the daily transport of the pensioners groups.
With them will be tourist guides, who, during their seven day stay, beside Budva, will present them Kotor, Cetinje, Ulcinj and Dubrovnik.
– Every Thursday in the Mediterranean sports center in Budva there will be organized a “Show of welcome” for all the guests. Folklore and dance ensembles, city music, choir, and orchestra and children dance groups will make the staying of the guests even more beautiful. Thanks to the Montenegrin Government, and city authorities in Budva, the traffic will be regulated so that this not every day, big happening can take its place without any problems – it is said on a yesterday’s press conference in Podgorica.
The management of the police, as it was said, is maximally contributing to that project, as well as the tourist agency “Globetour” and hotels, who are already preparing themselves for the arrival of the guests from Austria.
