Budapest – Hungarian corporation Trigranit is ready to invest in Montenegro over three billions of euros – it was said yesterday in Budapest by the general director of this company Loran Varga and the chief of the sector for investment Zolt Cabo. Two of them said to the press of Montenegrin media that Trigranit is interested to invest in Podgorica, Ulcinj, Skadar Lake, and Budva.
– If the realization of these projects passes, we believe that the incomes in tourism would for sure be twice as bigger. We are interested to build business centers, because we have made similar ones in Ljubljana, Zagreb, Bratislava, Budapest- said Varga and added that per year their shopping malls are visited by about 60 millions of people. Montenegrin journalists were for two days guests of the Trigranit Corporation and they had the chance to visit banking center, shopping mall, which per week has over 400.000 visitors, Millennium city center and the National theater which was made by this firm in Budapest. Trigranit is an international company whose stockholders are Sandor Demijan, Peter Munk, Nathaniel Rothschild and OTP Banl. As Varga pointed out they would work in Montenegro based on the cooperation of the state and the private sector. Trigranit is interested for the construction of the roads and investment in energetic.
It is expected that the capital city could soon announce an open competition for the construction of a Millennium center at the location of the former military caserne “Moraca”.
