Podgorica – At tender for Jadran Perast, closed yesterday, arrived five offers and for Petrovac Villas Oliva two – announced director of Agency for reconstructing of industry and foreign investments Branko Vujovic.
Vujovic said that offers are not opened and that it will do Tender commission for tourism at latest till end of week.
In the Government officially yesterday nobody could say which companies submitted offers. Considering as said sources of “Vijesti” from government at some envelopes there is no name of company while offers are not open it can not be precisely said who submitted them.
According information of “Vijesti” from government for Jadran Perast offers are surely submitted by consortium Imobilia and Ibero star that of Becici Bellevue made one of the best hotels at Montenegrin coast, other consortium Montemlin Podgorica owned by Zarko Rakcevic and Adriatik Express Budva owned by Branko Kazenegra and Dragan Ivancevic, American company Silverleaf investment, Bokafond registered at Bahamas and one more company. For Jadran Perast who owns attractive palace Smekia built in the 18th century of 2500 m2 and hall of same size that was once industrial facility as well as some ten retail properties in Montenegro and Serbia tender documentation bought 11 companies.
At tender for Villas Oliva that is also closed yesterday according information from Government offers arrived from consortium Montemlin – Adriatik Express together with famous Austrian company Plecer and German KAPSUD management.
Austrian Plecer that owns some more hotels with Springer and Montenegrin investors manages hotel Panorama.
