Budva – Even though all leasers of beaches along Budva Riviera have yesterday put out the red flags on rescue towers and have warned the swimmers that it is not recommended to swim because of the tip that there is a shark in the aquatorium of Budva bay, few swimmers obeyed that. The story about the shark, which allegedly was seen last night about 7 p.m. at about 100 meters away from the island Sveti Nikola was the main theme in the town.
No one with safety, not even in the state organs could confirm whether the story of the fisherman about the alleged shark is true or it is some kind of shark which is not dangerous such as sea fox who is a frequent guest of Montenegrin coast.
As they said from Morsko dobro all leasers of beaches have been notified to put up the red flags and to warn the swimmers that it is dangerous to swim.
According to the words of a rescuer on Slovenska beach no one from the swimmers took this notification seriously.
– We have increased the observation of the sea but I hope that the sea beast will not go oj the other side of the island – said our collocutor.
From the Management of the maritime security they also told the swimmers and leasers of beaches to obey the measures of precaution which are predicted for these kinds of situations.
What was visible yesterday was the frequent patrolling of the boats of Harbor captaincy and the helicopter was often flying above the aquatorium of Budva bay.
Those who know the sea says that if it is a shark then it is extremely fast and it can cross large distance for a very short time.
It would be extremely dangerous to wound a shark because in those cases it is extremely aggressive and is looking for salvation close to the coast.
