Ulcinj – Company Capital Estate from Budba was proclaimed the winner of the International tender for selling of the Ulcinj’s hotel “Lido” – said yesterday for “Vijesti” the bankruptcy manager of Ulcinj Riviera Miomir Jaksic.
For the hotel complex on Big beach which spreads over 96.000 m2 of land Capital Estate has offered 10, 8 millions of euros with the obligation of investing of 37, 9 millions of euros more.
– I have notified the Capital Estate that they have won the tender and I expect is to conclude the sales contract with mutual pleasure on the 15th of November – said Jaksic.
He emphasized that for the second ranged they have put the company MP Holding from Podgorica which gave the offer of 8, 15 millions of euros in cash and 18 millions of additional investments. The third is the company from Zadar, Bit blue, which offered 6, 85 millions of euros and 20 millions of investments, fourth is Ulcinj’s Arion with the offer of 6, 15 millions in cash, with the obligation of investment of 20.050.000 euros.
Hotel Grand Lido has 52 rooms and four suites with totally 112 beds. Bungalows Lido have 228 rooms and also 4 suites with totally 550 beds. The residential area of the hotel complex is nearly 12.000 m2.
