Tivat / Herceg Novi – Even though with the people informed in the happenings on the real estate market in Boka yesterday one couldn’t get any information about the identity of the buyer who few days ago on Lustica bought a huge land of about 150.000 m2 from the famous Boka family of Greek origins, it is supposed that it is the Formula 1 star Ralph Schumacher.
According to the unofficial information, on the account of one of the Novi banks few days ago a sum of 7, 5 millions of euros, the amount which the buyer gave for the land on the locality Rakite near Rose, on the territory of the Municipality Herceg Novi, was deposited. It is the land which is located in the vicinity of a small military barrack and one of the former shafts, that is, underground shelters for war ships, one of three that kind of shelters in this part of Boka. According to the words of the local people, it is a gorgeous land which goes down the slope below the regional road through Lustica between the villages Trojanovici and Rosa, all the way to the sea, which makes it extremely suitable for the construction of the exclusive tourist contents or a big private villa with the necessary air of isolation and discretion for the owner.
Those informed into the market conditions could not confirm that the buyer of this land is the Toyota driver in Formula 1, Ralph Schumacher, the brother of the world famous 7 times world champion Michael Schumacher.
On the site of the Croatian tabloid “24 casa” in Monday it was published that Schumacher, after he has 4 years ago bought a house with his friends in Istra, should soon become the owner of the real estate also in Montenegro. His agent Ronny Noble confirmed that. He said that he was preparing the paper documents for the transfer of the ownership over the 7, 5 million euros worth land in Montenegro, which is situated next to the very border with Croatia.
As Noble said, younger Schumacher has decided to buy this location, because Montenegro will soon be very popular, and now the coast is still un developed.
– Ralph liked the land, also because of the fact that it provides a great deal of privacy and freedom from the paparazzi – said Noble.
