At the account of “Ulcinj Riviera”, the former owner of “Lido”, on the 15th and 25th December another 3, 4 millions of euros per each day will be paid. Russians will take over the hotel after the payment of the last rate, latest until the end of the year.
Ulcinj – Capital estate from Budva, has paid in the first rate in the amount of 4millions of euros for Ulcinj hotel “Lido”. According to the dynamics which was agreed in the sales contract, at the account of “Ulcinj Riviera”, the former owner of “Lido”, another 3, 4 millions will paid in on the 15 and on the 25th of December. The taking over of “Lido”, as it was earlier announced from “Ulcinj Riviera” will be done after the payment of the last rate, latest until the end of the year. The bankruptcy director of “Ulcinj Riviera”, Miomir Jaksic, said that the first rate solely is enough for the payment of all debts of the bankruptcy debtor.
With that the conditions are made, that almost after three years, “Ulcinj Riviera” can come out of the bankruptcy with a solid amount of money at the account and not so small property, which makes it one of the most perspective firms in Montenegro.
– The future stock share association will be left with almost seven millions of euros and three complexes and two auto camps which are situated at the most attractive localities and on the surface of about 360.000 m2. The central warehouse of the surface of 1000 m2 will also be a part of the new firm – said Jaksic. He added that the hotel complexes “Bellevue” and “Olimpik”, which are located at Velika plaza (GRAND BEACH), have 700, that is, 250 beds while the nudist lodgment on Ada, not including the auto camp which is a part of it, can accommodate 550 guests. Auto camp “Neptun” and Camp “Safari” are situated in the hinterland of Velika plaza and are spread on over 130.000 m2.
HOTEL ON GROUNDS OF LIDO
Except the 10, 8 millions of euros in cash, which is the biggest price, so far, given for some hotel in Montenegro, the company, whose founder is a Russian, Andrej Dobrov, has obliged itself with a contract that in the following three years will invest in that complex another 37 millions of euros.
The buyer will take over the 64 workers whom he must not fire in the following 5 years. Complex “Lido” is spread on over 96.000 m2 of land on Velika Plaza. Hotel owns 52 rooms and 4 suites with totally 112 beds. Bungalows “Lido” have 228 rooms and also 4 suites with totally 550 beds. Hotel and bungalows occupy the space of approximately 12.000 m2. The bankruptcy manager o f”Ulcinj Riviera” said that Capital estate is planning to fall the hotel and to build the famous “Hilton” on the same space, and to make bungalows 4 star accommodation.
