Budva – Following the world trends in tourism that the guests except enjoying in natural beauties wants to have an active vacation, that every day he wants to maintain his condition, health, and body shape Budva tourist organization has thrown sport entreating events intended for all ages.
Aerobics weekend held on Petrovac beach only confirmed that tourists like to actively participate in such events.
Top Budva sport woman Daliborka Davidovic and her “”D&D GYM” studio for already second year in a row have been organizing the Fitness camp which gathers the top experts in that area. Director of TO Tanja Kazanegra said that Aerobics weekend second in a row is a sport-entreating event, which TO has organized during the summer in the “metropolis of tourism”.
– We are following the world trends such as active rest on beach, good fun… This year’s fitness weekend gathered great instructors from all major towns of former SFRJ and our tourists and local people has the opportunity to have a nice weekend on a even more beautiful beach with good fun and exercises – said Kazanegra.
Program began in Friday when several dozens of swimmers as well as many of those who observed the event had the chance to do a range of combined exercises for various groups of muscles, with the change of speed and usage of various gear along with the instructor Milan Cvetkovic from Novi Sad. After then came the MC dance aerobics – dance aerobic which was done by Ana Matejak the participant on many European conventions. With good music, heat up exercises and aerobics dance performance swimmers enjoyed in good fun and healthy physical activity.
Strong sound system from which one could hear the notes of the most recent dance hits was just a good announcement for Saturday event. The area on beach JNN in Petrovac was small to receive all those interested to join the 2-hour spectacle which took place under the name “Show what you know on the beach”. The program was led by the instructors Ana Matejak, Tamara Ratkovic, Jasna Simovic, Daliborka Davidovic, Milan Cvetkovic, Petar Vracar, Pedja Djordjevic, and Emi Pavelkic thrilling the audience which actively took part in performing the exercises in the rhythm of the music.
