For the purchase of land the firm “KPM Limited” is interested, which in November 2004 bought from Municipality almost half a million of square meters of land for 4,4 millions of euros in Visnjevo and Krimovica and on whose demand Kotor Parliament recently adopted the detail urban plan for that area.
Kotor – Municipality Kotor has made a decision about the sales of about 50 thousand square meters of land in Krimovica, and the decision about the announcement of tender should be brought by Kotor parliament on a session which is appointed for Tuesday. Municipal commission made out of three members has formed the initial price of 46, 27 euros per square meter or totally 2, 25 millions of euros for 48,747 thousands of square meters. In the reasoning of the commission it is said that the market value of that land is 54, 43 euros per square meter, and considering the fact that we are talking about a bigger complex which is situated from both sides of the local traffic artery, on which based on the detailed urban planning it is not possible to build residential, tourist and restaurant facilities, the price is 15% reduced.
Those are two parcels which are found in the Detailed Urban Planning Trsteno – Platamuni, one of 40,732 m2 which is intended for sport recreational contents and the other one of 8 thousands square meters which is supposed to be green area. To the stony parcel which is overgrown with shrubbery, and which is 200 – 250 m distant from the sea, one can come through the existing asphalt road.

According to unofficial information of “Vijesti”, “KPM Limited” whose owner is still unknown, is interested to buy these 50 thousand square meters too in order to make the entity with the previously bought land.
Considering that now that is an urbanized space, the price of the land is much bigger that the one at which they have bought the previous land, when the initial price was 7, 24 euros per square meter or totally 3, 5 millions of euros for half a million of square meters.
At one time the sales of land in Grbalj caused some great shakings in Kotor: Liberal union fell apart, extra elections were held, and the price of the land is still going through the court.
The area which is in Detailed Urban Planning of Platamuni – Trsteno, is an uninhabited space of total surface of 105 ha. It encompasses the existing military complex of 19, 415 m2, arranged beaches Trsteno and Ploce – Platamuni of 9, 668 m2, natural greenery of 867, 017 m2, and a natural shore of total surface of 95, 903 m2. On that area the forming of the tourist zone is planned to be developed, and three entities stand out: zone of villas, zone of hotels, and the zone of the shore.
