Bar – Bar Company “Keka Commerce” bought 1.550 m2 of land in the town under Rumija for almost 1, 1 million of euros, which is the record 700 euros per meter square.
Location, for which at the auction there were 15 investors who applied, is located along the Boulevard of revolution, across the sport hall. The record by the paid price of the meter square of land in town under Rumija until now was held by the Podgorica Company “Monte nova” the ownership of Aco Djukanoic. “Monte nova” at the end of August paid 500 euros for a meter square of land on the coast. He bought 5.000 m2 of land on which the construction of the residential – business complex is planned to be built. The sales of the land and real estates in Montenegro, during the last few months, are constantly in the state of breaking the records. Recently company from Podgorica “Cijevna commerce” bought 2.100 m2 of land in the center of the town for 5, 65 millions of euros, which is 2,710 euros per meter square. This the biggest price for a meter square of land ever achieved in Montenegro. On the land in Bar, which few days ago was bought by “Keka commerce”, the construction of the residential – business complex of the space of 3.800 m2 is planned.
According to the detailed urban planning, at the parcel we have inscribed in the building lofted B+8 (Base + 8 floors), of 3,200 m2 of the gross of constructional space and 570 m2 of the business space. The buyer is due to pay the public utility of 145 euros per residential meter square, that is, 232 euros per meter square of the business space – said for “Vijesti” Vido Dabanovic, the municipal secretary for the arrangement and planning of the space.
Last Friday at the auction another parcel in the center of Bar, of 550 m2 of land was sold. Bar company “Fadis” has paid 616 euros per meter square. At that parcel the construction of a business object which is lofted B+2 is planned, of gross construction area of 1.100 m2. The public utility for this land is also 232 euro per meter square of business space.
