Podgorica – International company Trigranit is interested in building tourist complex at Valdanos, highway at Montenegrin littoral as well as representative buildings and centers at Podgorica, confirmed in an interview for “Vijesti” chairman of that company, British investor Lord Nataniel Rotchild junior.

For Valdanos will be announced tender and we will participate in it. I would not exclude possibility to do it together with Peter Mank – said Rotchild.
Trigranit is the largest company for building of properties in Central Europe where beside the Rotchilds one of owners is also Mank.
Rotchild emphasized that the company will not build marina for mega yachts that Mank planned if he bought Tivat shipyard arsenal but that it will do Mank’s company PM Securities.
At tender for Valdanos will be asked certain criteria for participating firms and they will probably be closer to firm Trigranit that has experience in development of tourist settlements in Croatia where are built hotels surrounded by apartments.
