Herceg Novi – Herceg Novi Riviera which has about 20.000 guests is marking one of the best tourist visits in years. Still, the impression of the guests is ruined by the unkindness, which they face very often.
On the telephone of the Ministry of tourism for complaints 9817 tourists complained at the scooter drivers and on unkindness of desk employees. According to the words of the director of MTC Miroslav Dragicevic majority of complaints came at the expense of desk employees on the Bus station. Tourists mind that they do not answer the phone, and that in direct contact with the customers they are unkind.
– That is inadmissible behavior for tourist employees, especially on places on which tourists have the first contact with the chosen tourist destination – said Dragicevic.
During July we had 1.556 complaints and 324 praises from all Montenegrin towns, which we received on the phone for complaints of the Ministry of tourism 9817. From Herceg Novi municipality last month tourists and citizens had 339 complaints of which 109 were referred to too loud music, 72 were related to cleanness of the beaches, and we had 24 complaints at the expense of construction works.
