Podgorica – Podgorica Company Vektra is the first ranked bidder at the open competition for the purchase of 59,4% of the stock funds of hotel tourist enterprise Boka, according to the suggestion of the rank list which was yesterday defined by the Open competition commission for tourism.
The second place belongs to Hungarian Hunguest hotel, and the third to Russian Nobel oil.
From the Open competition commission it was announced that the report about the results of the open competition and the suggestion of rank list they will submit to Counsel for privatization, which should tell them their decision, after which the bidders will be informed about the decision.
The commission has opened the offers on the 30th of April, and concluded that all three offers are formally – legally correct, and today they have judged their quality. Vektra has offered 22 millions of euros for the stocks of Boka, Hunguest hotels 18,1, and the Russians have offered 12 millions of euros.
Vektra is ready to invest in Boka 64 millions of euros, Hungarians are ready to invest 50 millions of euros, and Nobel oil about 73,8 millions of euros.
HTE Boka has hotels Plaza, Tamaris, and Igalo, and the property of the company has been offered for sale in 2005, and last year.
