Podgorica – A businessman from Belgrade, Nenad Djordjevic, informed Vijesti yesterday that he hadn’t sold his part of the island St Nicola near Budva, better known as the Hawaii.
Djordjevic said that when he signed the contract with the buyer, the public would be informed about that in due time.
The sources say that behind this purchase is Stanko Cane Subotic with domestic partners, including Brano Micunovic and Milos Marovic, who negated this.
– I am not negotiating with them. companies from several countries are of my interest instead – Djordjevic added.
Vijesti also published that in such purchases it is hard to identify the real buyer, especially when it comes to foreign companies.
To the question if it was possible that there are domestic businessmen behind foreign companies, Djordjevic answered: “I don’t know, and I don’t ask that.”
Djordjevic, who yesterday came from the Philipines, says that in public “you can never mention figures which are not official, because it might cause negative reactions and problems.”
He bought the parcel on the Hawaii ten years ago, but he was never given construction permit.
