Zabljak – Cycling race Durmitor marathon, second in line, which is being scored for Montenegro league will be held in Sunday and will be driven on 56, 7 km long path over the region of Durmitor and Sinjajevina.
Goran Nikitovic, representative of the organizer Club of Extreme Sports Balance 7 from Zabljak said that this race will be held in categories Elite, Under 23, and Junior in which all competitors who have and who don’t have licenses can compete and who have more than 17 years of age.
– Start is at 9 o’clock in front of café Dovriste on Zabljak. The path goes towards Njegovudja, and further on beside Zminje Lake, and then there is a macadam part of the road, over the slopes of Sinjajevina. Near the village Vrtoc they will get on the road Savnik – Zabljak and will drive to Zabljak where the finish of the race is – said Nikitovic.
He added that the most successful rider will be awarded with usual sport rewards, but they will also get money rewards.
General patron of the marathon are Ministry of tourism and Cycling association of Montenegro. Main sponsor is Milka M-Joy, and National TO and enterprise Road and road signs from Zabljak.
