Budva – Confirmation that only high quality hotel properties can be competitive at prestigious world and more choosing domestic and markets of surrounding states and that only such further development can position Montenegro among top destinations, is Becici hotel complex “Iberostar Bellevue” that is booked to the last bed.
Montenegrin company “Bellevue hotels group” after ten year hire bought three years ago Becici hotel “Bellevue” and in 2004 was made contract with consortium “Iberostar” from Palma de Mallorca that took over management over hotel. “Iberostar” is one of the most successful companies in the world who manages over 100 hotels in the most prestigious world resorts.
Completely renovated hotel complex “Iberostar Bellevue” in which reconstruction of three hotel blocks in last two years was invested more than 30 million EUR, after official opening at the end of May, currently hosts 1300 foreign tourists and around 200 guests from Serbia with which is full to the last bed.
Such booking, as announce from company, will be until end of August and judging according announcements of tour operators and agencies booking of hotel for September and October is exquisite.
-We expect extremely good after season and we have even announced groups for end of September, when we expect group of 460 Slovenian guests – state in the company.
By finishing of reconstruction of all three blocks of hotel complex “Iberostar Bellevue”, Becici gained one more hotel of high category like those in prestigious elite world resorts.
Contract on mutual business, understood that famous Spanish – German company that successfully manages with more than 100 hotels all over the world, takes over management over “Bellevue”.
Thanks to “Iberostar” hotel lived rebirth. The first phase of reconstruction where was invested more than 10 million EUR understood renovating block C, after which was built new hotel “Iberostar Bellevue” with 238 luxuriously fitted rooms. After decade and a half in the hotel “Iberostar Bellevue” again rest guests from west European market. On the second phase of reconstruction that assumed complete renovating, building and adaption of rest two blocks – And B, was spent more than 20 million EUR.
Hotel complex after reconstruction has 600 luxuriously fitted rooms or 1500 beds.
Renovated block B has 245 rooms and 490 beds and block A has 238 rooms and 475 beds. Hotel has standard of category of 4+ stars, meets all world standards of hotel management. Guests have opportunity to enjoy in four outdoor pools and one indoor. In progress is finishing of works at spa center of over 1000 m2 and there are apart indoor pool also fitness and beauty center, five kinds of sauna, Jacuzzi and all those contents that have prestigious hotels of high category. Hotel also has two congress halls, five restaurants, bars and other contents.
Renovated hotel complex, built in 1970 is located at beginning of large Becici beach kept former stone Mediterranean architecture that completely fits with ambient of hilly background. Three blocks of “Iberostar Bellevue” with façade in pleasant pastel colors, is surrounded by green oasis inside which is large pool with turquoise – blue color apart the pool there are two little ones and even pool for babies and guests have opportunity to recreate at tennis courts.
