Fortification Mamula
Fortification Mamula is a historic island fortress at the entrance to Boka Kotorska Bay, between capes Ostro and Arza. It gained notoriety as a camp during both World Wars, though it was built by Austria and never served military purposes.

Fortification Mamula is situated at the very entrance to the bay of Boka Kotorska, between the capes Ostro and Arza. During the First and Second World Wars, it served as a notorious camp. Even though it was built by Austria, Fortification Mamula was never used for military purposes.
