The hotel is part of the international hotel chain Four Points by Sheraton since December 2016. The hotel (formerly Hotel Lipka) was originally built in an Alpine style using wood, stone and glass, inspired by traditional Montenegrin mountain architecture. It has four floors connected by wooden stairs and two (small-ish) lifts.
The hotel has 72 rooms and suites. The rooms are fully equipped and designed in sophisticated mountain style with natural materials. It provides full services as fitness & gym, spa center, pizzeria and children's play room for the youngest visitors.
