Montenegro – a new favorite hot-spot for rich and famous!

Montenegro features many tourism gems and residential properties that in recent years became attractive to world-known financial moguls, A-list travelers and trendsetters.

The proof that this tiny country transformed into the playground for rich and famous is the recent visit of American billionaire and founder of Microsoft- Bill Gates who in August cruised through the Kotor and Tivat bay.
Gates, his wife, and three children docked their 93 m long Lady S yacht tin Kotor and decided to visit the stunning island of Sveti Stefan. They were guests of one of the most prestigious marinas in this part of Mediterranean: Porto Montenegro and in 5 star Regent hotel.

Another wealthy individual, American millionaire Daniel Snyder was also seen in Montenegro. Snyder is the majority owner of the Washington football team, the Washington Redskins, and is also the founder of Snyder Communication.
